Hello, I just purchased the easystore 14 TB external drive, bought it to merge a few of my other external drives into 1, in total probably about 6 TB’s of data. I used Windows format to quickly format the easystore drive, then created a new folder on the easystore drive, named “Movies”, then used robocopy to start copying my movies over. After the 1st drive was done I noticed that the “Movies” folder was no longer visible. I can browse to it in CMD window, and I can change folder options and uncheck “Hide protected operating systems files (Recommended)” and see the folder. Does anyone know why this happened and if there is a way to make it visible again without unchecking that option? Was thinking about using the WD Drive Erase utility to see if maybe that would fix the issue, would hate to lose all that time it took to copy data over.
