Dynamicconfig.ini file missing

After recent update i found in user.log file that dynamicconfig.ini file is missing (multiple records in log file). Anyone have the same problem ?

I tried system restore but problem still exists.

I also discovered that mycloud does not switch to sleep mode as it used to before an update
