I am sort of new to this I tried to restore to factory settings and I am not sure if I did it correctly. I downloaded the iso and extracted it to a usb drive I then rebooted sentinel in recovery mode it was stuck on recovery started for a few days then it now is stuck here on initializing ok searching. and ideas will be appreciated.

Are you able to try that again using a different USB flash drive?
The unit might not be reading the flash drive properly.
Make sure to follow the steps on page 56 to 59
If this doesn’t work try removing the disks and clean them separately with Dispart or format and then try the installation
If it is stuck on initializing it will probably boot in less than 5 days.
But if you are staring from scratch you might want to start over.

It does take a long time. I let it go overnight several times and came in the next day to find it where it should be according to the recovery instructions.
