After i made system recovery, The LED and dashboard tell that the size of disks are 0.00B.
Any Advise.

Is the unit recognizing the disk drive units and displaying 0TB, or does it not recognize your disk drives at all?

Was this a “normal” recovery? I mean the box came with four 4tb drives and you did not have to edit the whitelist? On the Server folders tab, does it show the space properly?

If you look in services.msc are all of the WD services started?

Yes this is normal recovery but when he finish recovery the first HD LED become Red,
I have 2 WD 4000 servers and both of them damage “i mix the hard disks”
All the services are running,

Not sure. Have you checked the date on the server to make sure it is correct? The date, not the time.

Just not sure. You have rebooted, installed all the windows updates. Have not installed any 3rd party applications on the box, Antivirus, etc.

you need to check your iso against the md5 hash file to make sure it is a good download. The log files might be helpful.
The theme error just happens and does not mean anything
