DX4000 Client Error

In my LAN has a SBS2008 server. Half their renters get a critical error “ICS not started.” Client PC work on Windows 7 64 and 32-bit with SP1. I try to manually start the service, but Windows stop the service. Software on  WD Sentinel is version 1.7.3.13
