Where’s the problem?
Inside the ISO from WD for the DX4000 you can extract all missing files.
The explorer.exe is inside of one of the compressed files.
Grab a copy of the ISO and have fun.
Regardless of that, I have the EMEA version, I’m in Germany.
I would think you need the US version.
