Duplicating files

Accessing from the web browser, back in the OS 3 when I selected a few folders from my computer and copied them to the cloud it automaticly detected which folders and files already existed and only copied the new ones on the correct folders.
Now with the OS 5 it just starts to copy everything and duplicate all folders and file that already exists. For example if I have a FolderA it creates a new FolderA_1 and put all the files in the new folder and if I copy a file that already exists, FileA, it creates a new FileA_1, instead of the just copy the new files to the correct folders…
This thing makes me spend 100 times more time in backups…
Any solution?

Thank you for your answer however that’s not the problem reported. Can you please re-read what I wrote and see if there’s any solution?
