Can I use Dual Bay Hard Drive Enclosure with WDTV Live?

I have one 1.5tb and one 1tb HDD that I want to use with it.

Will WDTV Live be able to read two HDD through one USB port?

No, it cannot (it will only see the first drive in the series).

You can use it on the network, though (as net shares).
