Dropbox app update problems

I am getting alerts that there is an update available for the DropBox app. When I log in to MyCloud, I can see the update symbol next to DropBox in the installed apps list, but no matter which browser I use (Brave, Chrome, Edge, Explorer, Firefox), clicking on it does not start the update process.
Is this a problem with MyCloud?
I’m using an EX2 Ultra and Windows 10.
