With external Elements drives I am noticing the drives are not spinning up when power is supplied. They are waiting for communication to occur over USB before spinning up, exceeding the 2 seconds required to boot from 3b+. Is it possible to make them not save power and spin up drive as soon as they are in so I can boot from them?
