Drives keep disconnecting

hi,
2 of my 4 drives keep disconecting and it is not the drives them selfs have swapped them around in the unit.

But bay 1 an 3 keep disconnecting the drives after clean installing server 2012 r2 essentials.

Had no problems at all before my windows crashed during an update.

Even the wd storage software cant start upit give errors about iis.
