Hi, it appears my device is older (I cannot even register it) - however, I DO need a driver for this puppy. My Dell Laptop does not recognize it (had the hard drive replaced, and lost the driver info). When I try to find the driver on your website, it shows me lots of similar styles (with very different model numbers). Can any of these be used with my external drive?
Hello, I think your model is the one on the link below. This one is only supported officialy up to Windows Vista, so that might be the problem.
