Drive will not mount

Hi All

I am getting real frustred. I moved a lot of data from one drive yesterday, and today the drive will not mount. I can see it check it, repair it verify it etc. but it will not mount. Now what realy concerns me is after doing research on the web i am finding out that WD drives have problems with Mavericks OS. I am realy scared now because thats all I Use now. I don’t know waht todo now I dont want to lose any more data.

What’s the model number of the drive that you are using?

Are you able to test the drive on a different computer with a different USB Cable?
