Drive offline

On my iPhone when i try to upload photos direct from Photo to MyBookLive, I select My Cloud, then goto to select location and get a message telling my Drive offline. MyBookLive is not accessible. Local documents are available.

Let if I go via the My Cloud app, everything is fine.

I also try to go via the web browser to access MyBookLive and it doesn’t connect, times out.

I need help fast please.

You may have better luck in the dedicated MyBookLive subforum as this subforum (My Cloud) is primarily for the single bay My Cloud device.

That said, if you cannot access the My Book Live remotely using either apps or the web portal (Wd2Go.com/MyCloud.com) then you will need to access it locally and determine what the problem is, whether its with the My Book Live or a problem with the local network router/gateway that the My Book Live is connected too.
