It seems logical to me that WD would help their worldwide sales (and customer satisfaction) by negotiating TV content in countries beyond the USA, including Europe (eg. DW TV from Germany), BBC UK, SBS and ABC Australia, and TVNZ New Zealand and other Asian countries (NHK Japan, Arirang Korea, CTV China erc)?! Their is plenty of free open global content that would be great viewing over ethernet!
Your post sounds more like an Idea or a Feature Request. The best place for this is in our Ideas Lab. This way someone from WD will be sure to see it. However, I would search first and make sure that there isn’t another idea similar to yours that you could add your post to and vote on.
