Ive got a broken drive, Im resigned to that now. I can hear the thing warring up and then cutting out. Eventually it goes to a red light.
I contacted the warranty area - the drive was registered in the main website.
Its till in warranty and then when I go to set up an RMA it goes to out of warranty, which it isn’t?
I sent an email and no reply…

Sorry to hear about your MyCloud. We are a community of Users just like you. The only way I know to get help is using the “Support” icon at the top left of the page. There is no WD official help here. Some board monitors might be able to point you in the right direction.

It appears that a faulty plug is to blame. I replaced the plug with a spare, but can you buy a new one for the drive?
What, the wall plug power supply? Get a generic replacement of the same voltage/current rating and connector type. Cheap as chips.
The one supplied with the device is a generic thing, anyway.
