I hope you can help me with the following.
I need to change the admin email of the MyCLoud EX41XX system here in the office. For some reason when I tried to setup initially I had to use my personal email address to setup the system, for example.
In the “Cloud Access - admin” in the description says:
""Cloud Account for Device Owner: admin
You’ve been signed out of your cloud account personal_address@yahoo.com from the web dashboard. The My Cloud mobile and web app can still access content from this device. To manage cloud users on this device, please sign-in again.“”
My question is, how can I change the email without block the access to the My Cloud system?
Did anybody do this before?
The version of the firmware is 5.28.105
