Doubt about warranty in WD My Passport

hey guys,

i am thinking about buying a WD MY Passport 2 tb usb 3.0 drive. I live in India and it’s not available here so if i order it in the US, can i tranfer the warranty to India or does WD have international warranty.

It would be great for some help

They have international warranty but it may vary depending on the region. i think the 2TB has a 3 years warranty in India
