Don't see Pictures sometimes

 In some threads people include pictures but all I see is this. Anyone know why. Sometimes I see images sometimes I don’t, and sometimes I’ll see them later.

If the images are “inline,” Moderators must approve them before we can see them.

If the images are posted via an img URL, they’re visible and aren’t moderated.
