Does WD My Book Duo sync WITH Dropbox?

Hi all, I would like to combine all my portable drives into My Book Duo 36Tb (preferably RIDE 0 configuration) and also connect the My Book Duo to the dropbox for cloud syncing and for a backup. As dropbox supports NTFS drives and My Book will come with NTFS driver for Mac OS (I am using High Sierra). In my simple mind I don’t see any issues with this set up but am I missing something?
My Book should connect to Dropbox as any regular portable 5Tb Hard drives.
