Does the PR4100 contains Red/nasware harddrives?

I couldn’t find an answer.
When we get PR4100 with 8TB or more, which drive model will it contain?
I know that WD has multiple compatible harddrive types to use with WD NAS devices, but which one is preconfigured?

The pre configured WD NAS devices are supposed to come with Red drives inside. My NAS did.
