Does the G-RAID Shuttle 8 need to be connected to the computer the entire time it rebuilds the RAID array, or will it continue rebuilding so long as it is connected to power?
I’m about to set up a 144TB unit and don’t exactly relish the prospect of needing to leave my laptop plugged in to my desk for at least a week while it rebuilds if I decide to reconfigure from Raid 5 to Raid 6.
