I have purchased this product along with an enclosure originally for my xbox one, but it didn’t pick up. I tried using it on my Pc and laptop but it only pops up there where you eject your devices, and shows external 3.0. I checked at My Pc where my harddrives show and nada, nothing. Any help as to why it doesn’t pick up, Is it faulty? I got 3 year warraty.
