Last year I had a USG added to my Ubiquity Network. Haven’t been able to connect to MyCloud remotely since. My IT guy says it’s not the Network but I’ve replaced the MyCloud 3 x and the new one still won’t connect. Or I should say re-connect. When I try to gain Internet access through the Dashboard it firs says there is Internet Access and a few moments later it says there is no Internet access. Multiple discussions with WD Support has never solved the problem.

You may manually update the firmware of the WD My Cloud device if the new firmware version is available.
The MyCloud is running the latest firmware.
