I bought a My Passport Essential SE yesterday at Best Buy. I ran a backup and it backed up all the folders in the root drive of my hard disk, but it did not back up anything in my Documents folder or my Pictures folder. Was there soemthing I was supposed to select to back up these files?
Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
