I upgraded the Twonky Server on my PR4100 and it no longer creates thumbnails for videos. Can someone help fix this? I have rescanned the files several times and it does not work. I am guessing that ability has been removed and WD just doesn’t care that our media servers are broken, but hopefully I am wrong with that.
