DLNA Server Can't Show Artworks in ALAC Files

Hi, I’ve just switched from Twonky to the new DLNA server from WD.

Everything loads up a bit slower than before but acceptable.

I only have AAC / ALAC (.m4a) files and I play them with a DLNA client on my iPhone.

AAC files artwork display correctly but not so lucky with ALAC.

So I think maybe WD hasn’t supported it,

yet what’s more confusing is Michael Buble, Celine Dion’s ALAC artwork works fine,

is that a Canadian privilege…oh it’s not. Diana Krall’s artworks didn’t work.

I know it is not a big issue, can sort of live with it,

but if someone can give me a solution I will be very happy

Also, with Twonky before all artwork were shown so I guess WD server has something to do with it.

Hi, have you tried to rescan the media library from the My Book dashboard?

Yes Ichigo, I have even go further by reinstalling the server. But all ll I get is a blue music note icon on a white background which I believe is provided by the server itself.
