Is it possible to employ the smart display label on my MyBook Elite without the use of Smartware? Right now it just says PICTURES 09 on it. Maybe a third-party app/hack?
If the display is tied to Smartware, is it possible at least to turn it off?
I’m sorry but the display on the unit is controlled by the SmartWare software and SmartWare has to be installed to change the display or to have it display properly.
