Hello, I have the My Cloud EX2 Ultra and an iMac. When I view video files on the EX2 using the Mac Finder I can see the videos with default icons, but I can’t see custom icons that I created using a video frame that I selected (Finder displays the Quicktime logo for those files, rather than the custom icon).
I don’t know whether this is a Mac or EX2 issue. Any suggestions on how to correct this so I can see the custom icons (thumbnails)?
