Disk isn't recognized at first boot of W11 earlier w10

Like in topic.

I have 4 HDD in my PC:
WD140EFFX-68VBXN0
WD80EZAZ-11TDBA0
WD140EDFZ-11A0VA0
And one Seagate ST14000NM001G-2KJ103

One of them WD140EFFX-68VBXN0, no matter which port is connected to isn’t recognized in my DELL Precision 3650. This is from beggining I have this drive. All other drives works flawelessly. What can cause that issue?
