Disk full it is not possible to add files

I have filled up the space in my cloud home 2Tb. I have cancelled several files (more than 60 Gb) but it is still not possible to add new files. What can I do to tell the home cloud that it has free space? Mainly I use it for home back up: one simple directory created directly from a PC, no cloud no apps, no android or photos or similar.
Does anybody know what is going on?

Have you already tried shutting it down and then performing a reboot?

only a restart from the software. Tonight I try to shut it down.

I have tried, it doesn’t work. The maximum capacity doesn’t decrease. It seems thta I do not have access to the disk. I add 8Gb error message:there is not enough space, I add 1Kb there is no space as well.
