I have the hard disk partitioned into 3 sections to work with 3 home cumputers… The backup proceedure has stopped working in that as soon as the files to be backed up have been identified the backup button is already depressed but nothing seems to be happenening, (file transfer reccord remaoins as 0). I have run the 3 levels of diagnostics and all show a fault. I need some guidance please on the most likely problem and what to do next. Thanks.

What software are you using to backup to this unit? Also i would like to know how you are doing the diagnostic on the drive.
