Discovery HELP

Hello - I have the 3.0 My Passport 750 and have only had it for less then 2 months. I was working on my laptop today and the drive disappeared and now I can NOT access it. I tried restarting, installing and reinstalling. I have also restored my computer to see to that helped but still unable to access. I did try the drive on my PC and it also will not display the drive. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!


Whaat OS and does it show in Disk Management? Did you try it on USB 2.0? If the partition data is corrupt then TestDisk might fix it.


I am using XP pro and it is not showing up in disk management. the light comes on but that is all.
