Disconnecting My Passport

I am now unable to eject My Passport after use. Never had this problem in the past. I am using Windows 7 laptop with USB 3.0 connection. Can anyone help?

Sounds like a software still linked to the drive.

Check if you have an antivirus running a scan on the unit.
