Disappointing Windows Experience Index score for velociraptor

I recently bout a VelociRaptor 150 GB drive. I put it in a brand-new system - AMD 6-core CPU, good ASUS motherboard, 8 GB ram, etc.

Everything is zippy. I looked at my Windows Experience Index score and every item is 7.5 or above except for Primary Hard Disk disk data transfer rate. In that category I have a 5.9.

Not exactly what I expected from the Velociraptor. How can I check to make sure everything is right, or is that a normal score?

That’s a normal score, if you want better scores in that part, get an SSD. Besides, that Index isn’t much reliable.
