Disable Remote access

I check on disable remote access but is later enabled by itself. I want to be able to use the WD Photo app to upload photos by only do it on my LAN. It seems that when Load the WD Photo within my LAN the remote access option is automatically enabled. Is anyone experiencing this?

Did you try the suggestions provided on the post you reference?

This is not normal since the settings are not suppose to change on its own.
