Directories not showing on OS5

Hi Everyone,
In the Dasboard, I created a share. Then, using os5.mycloud, I created a couple of subdirectories inside that share folder. When I ssh into the NAS, all these folders are neatly visible, so far so good.
Now, while I’m in ssh terminal, I create a folder inside: /share/sub1/sub2.
Back on OS5.mycloud, /share/sub1 is visible but sub2 is nowhere to be seen!
Can anyone explain why? I suppose it’s a permissions issue, so I tried chown to be the same across all these folders but still no luck. Any help or suggestion is greatly appreciated as I really need to be able to copy files/directories into shares using ssh!
