Hi,

I dropped my drive on the floor, opened it and I think the heads are damage.

My solution : buy another drive and swap the head. my model is wdbbkd0020bbl–05. I am willing to buy a dead drive of the same model.

Also where could I find the difference between different model (version) of the same 2TB unit?
