Diagnostic test failed

Greetings All,

So I just decided out of the blue to run a diagnostic test and much to my surprise (and horror) it failed. Short or long the test fails. So I saved the log zip to my desktop and read the “smart_info” file and this part is failing:

Now the drive is performing fine and is successfully backing up the SafePoint to an alternate network drive every evening.

Another piece of information:

So how bad does it look? Do I need to get a replacement ASAP? Or would a firmware reset probably fix this?

Well if I follow the “Request Support” button in the “Support” menu I get redirected to a webpage that says "

So I will phone the toll free number for my country and see what they say.

Any idea what could be the issue?
