Diable auto spin down on 2T red drive in USB enclosure

I have a WD 2T red drive in a USB enclosure.   My host (DVR) appears to be unhappy with the spin down and reports a disk error overnight.

Is there a utility to disable auto spin down on RED drives in USB enclosures?   I see info on passport drives but nothing on RED drives.

An official tool to completely disable the spin-down behavior is not available, but you can modify how it behaves and the time it takes before the process begins with the following application:
