Device stops working in the middle


I have worked with this deivice for about 7 months now and latley it has started to act weird. At times it doesnt even start up. The powerindicator is on but it doesnt connect to the TV. I have tried with different power and HDMI cables and also with different USB HDD´s. 

Sometimes it starts up but after a while it just looses connection with the TV. Is there something i can do or do i have to go back to the store with it?


  Contact the Custromer care, if they can’t provide a solution raise a RMA and get it repalced before warranty runs out.
