Device Offline

After three months of nagging messages about my old device, I purchased a new MyCloudHome from my local electronics retailer. I unplugged the old unit which stopped working after an upgrade in internet service providers from Fairpoint DSL to Spectrum Cable Internet. Keep getting “Device Offline” errors. Have power cycled all devices numerous times. Forwarded ports on the Spectrum modem to Port 80. Uninstalled and reinstalled WD Discovery multiple times. I’ve been at this all day, ready to give up. Any suggestions? Attempting to access via Windows 10 and macOS Monterey, and iOS and still no luck.

Is your WDMYCLOUD a 1st or 2nd generation? I have one of each and both work fine, and I have Spectrum as my Internet Service Provider. My first generation is now set up for use on my home network only. The first generation will not update to OS5.
