My device has been offline for several days. The power is normal and the network is normal. Nothing change even after I reset it. Anyone has the same problem?
@Alee53 What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Who is your ISP and what is the status of your connection? Is Modem/Router connected? If yes, have you rebooted both of them? After that you should shutdown and then reboot your device, whichever WD Device you own.
I have reboot my router and modem in my flat. And I have reboot the “mycloud home” by disconnecting the power cable, network cable, or even pressing the reset button.
I am sure that there is no problem to the network in my flat as my mobile is connecting to the WiFi and it functions well.
