Device is offline for the app but accessible through file explorer

I have a drive that has failed (red light showing on Drive 1). I can access the data through Windows Explorer (via the mapped drive) yet the my cloud app is telling me that the device is offline. How do I access the data through the app?


If you have the first or second generation My Cloud Mirror, OS3, you can’t use the app.
