When I change my settings to work with remote access (access through the internet for example) the green light keep flashing and the device read data constantly for hours. I think its a known issue that I saw discuession about in this forum.
I open a support call about it and WD’s support responded that I sould return the deivce that I have. Isn’t it weired? how they can be so sure that it a hardware problem of my device and not a software. this is really hard work for me to replace my device and I’d rather avoid it if possible…
