I am trying to transfer some files over to the WD, but it keeps saying destination folder not found. What can I do to get these files to the external drive? Everything is up to date. Thank you.

Providng more information on the steps you are taking to try and move the files would help!! Are you doing a drag and drop? Are you using the desktop app?

I am using the desk top app while dragging and dropping.
I am trying to transfer the file by finding it in ‘my devices’ on my mac instead of the app. We’ll see how it works. It usually will look like its transferring, get to the end and then pull up the error message…
Transferring the file through ‘my devices’ on my Mac worked. Not sure why the app didn’t work. Maybe it’s an error???
