Dell branded WD Black - wont format

I got an 2 Tb Dell branded WD Black. When I hook it up it spins up but fails with all types of reformat.
On macOS it gives this neat error:

diskutil eraseDisk JHFS+ Ubuntu /dev/disk2
Started erase on disk2
Unmounting disk
Creating the partition map
Error: -69825: Wiping volume data to prevent future accidental probing failed

I have tried all OS:es but Windows so far. And it fails.
Any suggestions how to trick into formatting?
