Deleting Users

I have a user set up on my PR4100. I want to remove it. When I try and do it from the Dashboard it says I need to log in to the NAS account to do it.

“This local user account is enabled with cloud access. Please login to your cloud access with this My Cloud NAS before removing this user”.

I log into the NAS account but there is no option to remove a user in that NAS account, and it doesnt change anything on the Dashboard? Any suggestions please?
