I do not do auto backups, only manually. After copying files to the Passport, I make sure they are there, I then delete old files on the Passport. The passport shows only the new files. However, it shows that it is basically full. No way…my files are not that big. It appears to me that I have tried to delete the files, but they are stored someplace else, still using up space, even though I have deleted. Any help appreciated.
I assume you’re using Windows. Check the recycle bin.
I think I found the problem. Passport was automatically backing up, so I
simply deleted 2013-recent, opened up lots of space.
