Deleted Files Still Showing In File Explorer

Using a My Cloud Mirror as small business NAS, configured to RAID 1 (redundancy). There is a share that operates as a common folder for the company (COMMON), a share that operates as a shared folder for three individuals (CS) and each user has a private share.

All the shares are mapped into different network drives on Windows PCs. COMMON is L, CS is S, the user’s share is K.

In the common folder (L), I have one user who is unable to delete files. Files she deletes reappear in Explorer, sometimes days later.

Any idea as to why this is happening only to her?

Have you tried deleting her user account and setting it up once again through dashboard?
